What are run flat-tyres?
Run-flat technology enables you to continue driving your MINI with a puncture at speeds of up to 80 km/h. The reinforced side walls are made of a heat-resistant rubber, while special rim geometry stops the pressure-less tyre from slipping off, even on bends.
This reduces the risk of accident as there is no sudden loss of tyre pressure. You don’t need to stop on a hard shoulder or other dangerous spots, so you can continue to your appointment without delay. It also means you don’t need to carry a spare wheel or jack inside your MINI.
What does the MINI Connected Package do?
The MINI Connected Package fully connects your MINI with the digital world. Enjoy music, audio books, videos, podcasts, and news. Streaming is enabled via the SIM card already installed in your MINI. Regular online updates keep your apps running perfectly. With just one subscription, you have access to all our digital services. And since you can cancel the MINI Connected Package at any time, the choice is easy.

What benefit does a personal hotspot offer in my MINI?
You can connect up to ten compatible mobile devices to the internet and stream data with the 5G transmission standard using the personal hotspot in your MINI with Operating System 8 or later and the "Personal eSIM" option.
Depending on the country of delivery, you will need the "eSIM" tariff option for your existing mobile network contract or the MINI accessory "MINI SIM Reader" and a nano SIM card for your mobile network contract. What is the maximum roof load of the MINI roof rack?
The MINI roof rack is designed for a maximum permissible roof load of current MINI models of 75 kilograms. You can find the technical information on the maximum permissible roof load in the “Technical data” section in the Owner’s Handbook of your MINI.
